Terms of Service
AI Rap Meme use rules, content boundaries, and user responsibilities.
Last updated: 2026-10-24
Acceptance
By using AI Rap Meme, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The site is currently for controlled local testing and has not completed a production launch or jurisdiction-specific legal review.
Service
The current local version is a no-cost workflow demonstration. It returns a labeled placeholder MP4 and does not send photos to an AI provider or generate lyrics, vocals or music. Paid generation and checkout remain disabled. Production moderation and provider terms require validation before launch.
Rights and Consent Are Required
Before uploading, you must confirm that:
- You own the material or hold a license covering AI processing, generation, and publication.
- Every identifiable person has expressly consented to this use and processing by service providers.
- The material does not copy unlicensed film footage, music, characters, trademarks, or another person's work. Trend experiences should use owned material or a lawfully rebuilt scene, not original footage.
- You will not present generated media as an authentic record or mislead people into believing someone said or did something they did not.
MVP Content Boundaries
You may not submit or generate:
- Any person-based material involving minors.
- Deceptive face or voice swaps, impersonation, or digital replicas of public figures, politicians, celebrities, or other people.
- Sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, nudification, revenge pornography, or other sexual content.
- Graphic violence, terrorism, hateful content, crime instructions, or content encouraging self-harm or suicide.
- Identity documents, payment-card or bank records, medical records, or other sensitive personal information.
- Material that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, reputation, privacy, or other rights.
- Fabricated news, election, medical, financial, or public-safety claims, or other illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content.
These are product boundaries for the MVP. We may refuse content even when it could be lawful in a particular jurisdiction.
AI Disclosure
When publishing a result, you must clearly disclose that it was AI-generated or AI-modified and preserve any visible label and file metadata added by the service. You may not remove, alter, forge, or conceal AI disclosures. The local build currently provides only an on-page label; public launch is blocked until exported files have a visible disclosure and machine-readable provenance metadata.
Safety Review and Enforcement
The service checks the prompt first, source images second, and output video last. Passing an automated check does not establish legality, authorization, or suitability for publication. We may rate-limit use, reject tasks, stop distribution, return credits for failed tasks, suspend accounts, and retain necessary policy-version and safety-event records.
Privacy and Providers
Source images, generation parameters, and results may be sent to providers including HiAPI and SeeAPI. Submit only data necessary for the task. See the Privacy Policy for further details.
Credits, Failures, and Refunds
Each model's credit price and fixed duration are displayed before submission. If a task does not complete because of provider failure or safety review, credits are handled under the rules shown in the product. Successfully delivered tasks are not automatically refundable based on subjective output preference. Production billing and support procedures must be finalized before launch.
Accounts and Termination
You are responsible for protecting account credentials and activity. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, attempts to bypass safeguards, or repeated infringement. You may request account closure and data deletion under the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property and Responsibility
You retain rights in lawfully submitted material and any generated output rights available under applicable law. AI output may be non-unique or resemble third-party content. You are responsible for reviewing rights, factual accuracy, and applicable law before publication. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as-is and does not promise that output is copyrightable or suitable for a particular commercial use.
Complaints, Changes, and Contact
Before launch, the service must provide working channels and takedown procedures for privacy, copyright, publicity, and abuse complaints. Material changes will update the date above and, where appropriate, be communicated in the service.
